JM-F/L is a new device that can wetly processes superfine granule, available to be used in homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing and crushing the various materials in the status of semi-fluid, fluid, emulsifier. 

Working Principles: 

Colloid Mill works with principles of shearing, grinding, high-speed stirring. The Grinding process occurs in the relative movement between two teeth-shape Faces, one rotates at high speed and the other is still, which makes the materials through the faces receive the extremely strong forces of shearing and friction, in addition to that, the high frequency vibration and high speed swirl also have the actions on the materials, which are dispersed, emulsified, crushed effectively and evenly by the comprehensive forces mentioned hereinbefore.
